All orders are sent via NZ Post standard shipping. Outlined below is detailed shipping information and our returns policy.

New Zealand

$10.00 flat rate shipping nationwide. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days or 4-5 for Rural addresses after the product has been made.

Australia & Pacific Islands

$20.00 flat rate shipping. Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days for AUS or 6-13 business days for the Pacific Islands after the product has been made.

Rest of World

$30.00 flat rate shipping. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days after the product has been made.

Delivery Process

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details which allow you to track your order on its way to you. If you can’t find your tracking code please get in contact. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct, as we cannot change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

Late Deliveries

The estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. Turn over times will need to be considered when ordering, as some products can take a while to make. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.
