If I haven’t yet posted your order get in touch and see if you can change your order. Please note however that as each item is handmade change may not be possible if I have already began embroidering.

Once a package is handed over to the postage company I cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.

If your parcel is lost or stolen while on route to you with the postage company, I will work with you to make a claim with them for a reimbursement and we can arrange a replacement.

If your item is stolen after it has been marked delivered, you will need to file a police report and make arrangements with your insurance company.
